All inspections are undertaken by David Harris, the owner of the business. We do not employ inspectors who have to rush through the inspections in order meet KPI's. David spends as much time on site as required time to conduct a thorough inspection that complies with the Australian Standard AS 4349.1 Property Inspections - Part 1 Residential buildings.

Additional time is invested during the inspection to closely look at the roof framing, wet areas and areas adjacent to the wet areas to ensure defects that should be rectified prior to your taking possession of the property are located.
The simple 4 step process

We will contact the agent on your behalf to confirm an appointment time, and arrange access to the property and you will be notified of the confirmed time attendance time for the property inspection
We will conduct our inspection of the property and compile details and photographs of the inspection to include within the report.If you are available, we recommend that you attend the final 30 minutes of the building inspection
Your detailed report including photographs and recommendations will be sent via email within 24 hours of attendance to your nominated email address. We will be available by phone to discuss the contents of the report should you require further explanation.
